Pegar o copo vermelho de 500ml

Enxaguar o copo duas vezes, balançando para que a água passe em espiral e limpe a poeira da noite e qualquer outra pequena coisa que saia sem a necessidade de esfregar o copo já que o resto também não sairá do copo quando eu colocar o leite e se algo entrar no organismo tenho uma grande porção de certeza de que auxiliará no desenvolvimento de anticorpos

Posicionar o copo sobre o fogão ao lado das caixas de leite de modo a permitir que possa ser mexido com uma colher de maneira que não escorregue na base ou que a colher não bata noutras coisas ao mexer ferozmente

Pegar o pote de Nescau

Levar o pote até o fogão e abri-lo

Colocar duas colheres de sopa quase transbordando no copo vermelho de 500ml

Fechar o pote e guardá-lo no local de costume

Rosquear a tampa da caixa de leite deslacrada e depositar todo o leite no copo vermelho de 500ml enquanto mexo com a colher para que o Nescau não fique grudado no fundo e também me certificando de mexer em inúmeras posições para que realmente não fique no fundo

Levantar a caixa de leite e chacoalhar a mesma para que o leite não seja desperdiçado ao jogar a caixa fora

Derramar novamente o leite chacoalhado que é pouco mas faz bem às consciência e dá certa sensação de sagacidade ainda que momentânea

Jogar a caixa de leite no chão e certificar-me de que está com a tampa virada de modo a ficar para cima

Pisar no centro da caixa

Pisar na lateral inferior da caixa

Pisar na lateral superior da caixa cuidando para que a tampa não contribua para a deformidade da caixa

Pegar a caixa

Caminhar até o banheiro

Colocar a caixa em posição horizontal no lixo do banheiro que é o único lixo da casa

Caminhar de volta até o fogão

Remover a tampa e puxar o lacre da caixa de leite deslacrada com cuidado para que não salte leite aplicando força inversamente proporcional à percentagem restante do processo de deslacramento

Retirar o lacre após conclusão do processo e colocá-lo na sacola de lixo improvisada que sempre se encontra pendurada na maçaneta da porta estragada

Pegar a caixa de leite e virar no copo vermelho de 500cm até que falte 1cm ou um dedo para o líquido 

atingir a superfície absoluta do copo

Abrir a porta da geladeira Colocar a caixa de leite na geladeira em posição usual

Misturar a quantidade completa de leite com o Nescau anteriormente posto mexendo com a colher por tempo exagerado até que fique visivelmente e perfeitamente uniforme

Colocar a colher de modo que fique em posição antagônica ao meu rosto que irá de encontro ao copo para sorver o leite viciosamente

Beber o achocolatado

Sentir o ponto mais prazeroso que haverá no dia como se estivesse por um segundo atingindo o Nirvana ou pisando na mais confortável nuvem do paraíso ou quem sabe no momento em que percebemos que estamos na nuvem da casa do gigante do João e o pé de feijão
